Multiple projects scc1, oet1, zika some validating, others not. all single quorum, no try val button, last several hours. started about 14:00 UTC

Agree. First PVal here (SCC) was returned at 13:44 UTC. Of last 60 results returned, 16 are PVal; it's usually nil (i.e. all Valid immediately). One validator out of 4 down?

As Comander Eric Lassard of the police academy would say "You have to kick much much... much much harder" (as in seeing piles of PVal on FAHV shorts...which seems to happen each time the shorts come by, with the knock on for other projects)
