Not Running; Not Downloading New Tasks; Cache Full } [RESOLVED]

I have an Android device that after the system issues isn't running because it has no tasks. In the event log it says "It is not requesting tasks, don't need job cache full."

I have restarted the device and it made no difference.

Has anyone ever seen this or know how to fix it?

BOINC is designed to have at least 1 task per processor thread. No having any work listed and getting this message ... pass.

(Check your allowed memory settings are not silly low and there's storage space available, it's a % of, though that gives different messages)

I should have added that WCG was running fine using Boinc on this device prior to the system outage.

At another mailing forum, Bill (of 'So Happened') paid a visit last night, and noted that it's possible to have an incomplete client_state file... wrong place/wrong time connect interruption. Try a project reset (Client Menu > Projects > select WCG > Reset)

[RESOLVED] Not Running; Not Downloading New Tasks; Cache Full

Oldies goodies, editing the opening post title to insert [RESOLVED] as post or suffix, see above, greatly helps others in understanding if a topic had a conclusion.

(Had that dev.mail exchange been older than 24 hours, I'd not have remembered ;O))))
