I'm a bit confused here! I thought this was ONLY a 1 week challenge. Now we see that we are only in week 1 of 4, and that only the top 20 go through to week 2.
This was never mentioned at the beginning. I was happy to take my rigs off other projects for a week just to see what I could do. I'm not running this for a month. And in any case I'm not likely to get much higher anyway. |

Ok guys, it seems that it was my fault for not reading the preliminary posts about it properly. I wasn't having a go in any way, just couldn't understand what was going on. But as you can see, I'm only just scraping into week 2 as it is, most certainly I won't reach week 3, I just hacen't got the crunching power in such a small team.
Oh and I've sussed the results system now, it's updated once a day at midnight, but not published until the following lunchtime. But best wishes to those that can carry on. |

...Oh and I've sussed the results system now, it's updated once a day at midnight, but not published until the following lunchtime... Yes, WCG updates user stats twice a day at noon and midnight UTC. Team stats only update once a day at midnight UTC. This includes challenges - go to your My Team page and you should see a team challenge section that shows a few open challenges that you can join, some of the current challenges you are in, and challenges you have joined but that haven't started yet. Just below that is a link where you can see all of the challenges for these three areas. You'll see your team's rank for this challenge in the current challenges section. You can click on it to see all the details for all the teams in it. As for the results being published here in this thread, that is simply something that Thomas has chosen to do. It normally doesn't happen by any automated process. Since Thomas can't see the results for the challenge until 1-2AM his time, he's posting things here at a "more civilized" time for him. |

Oh wow, I hadn't realized that WCG had changed that. I wonder if that was part of the move to the cloud. So we have to wait another 10-11 hours to see where teams stand in any challenges for that day (well, the now previous day) - bummer! |
