The work for the AutoDock VINA portion of the project has completed for the time being. We expect a delay of several months before the researchers may have some more to run using either AutoDock or AutoDock VINA. Work on the BEDAM phase of the project continues. The researchers will be posting an update about their analysis and future plans. Thanks go to all of the members for their generous contributions to the project.

----------------------------------------The Capsid page at Scripps says: "535,531,812 docking experiments are completed, out of 621,788,392 (~86.12%)" So is that status not correct ?  |

Has there ever been an instant match between the TASKS gone out the feeder and the RESULTS that have been returned to and indexed by the scientists?

All new workunits have been sent out but there will still be occasional repair jobs that go out and it will take a couple of weeks to get all results back and sent back to the FAAH researchers. The FAAH website should be updated once they have processed everything sent back to them. Thanks, armstrdj |

Thanks go to all of the members for their generous contributions to the project. 2 things: 1) The official status page of the CAPSID experiment (per another poster's observation), still says 96% complete, when the flow here has pretty much completely stopped.
