Mapping Cancer Markers Linux Application version updated to version 7.43

Both the 32bit and 64bit versions of the Linux application version for the Mapping Cancer Markers project have been updated to version 7.43. For this update there are not changes to the application code but the new application binaries were built with GCC 4.85 and glibc 2.17.

Thanks,
armtrdj

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers Linux Application version updated to version 7.43

7.43 works for me, and seems to be identical to 7.41 on my Ryzen 1700 (Ubuntu 18.04).

Re: Mapping Cancer Markers Linux Application version updated to version 7.43

Should MCM run faster in Linux than in Win 10?

My 7.43 jobs with Ubuntu 18.04 take just under 4hrs to complete, while the Win 10 7.41 jobs take just under 3hrs to complete.

For example, Zika jobs in Linux are much faster than in Win 10, but for me at least, MCM jobs are slower. Is this generally what people observe? Thanks
