Discrepancy in the points

Some projects have discrepancy in the points. But I didn't know it was this much, when I compared time given to both of this projects:

confused

Any comment on that?

Have both projects been run on the same machine with the same OS ? It is a known fact that any VINA project run on Linux is more efficient and garners more points per unit of time. SCC uses VINA. The MIP project is doing something completely different from SCC so you are really comparing apples and oranges here. In time the MIP project may be able to tweak their code to become more efficient, but you are correct in that it is quite stingy with its points.
Cheers
