Have a problem on my Linux host, CPU time shown in Workunit Status on some WUs is wrong, resulting in low credits for me and my wingman.
----------------------------------------1st example: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/...us.do?workunitId=79915879 Workunit Status says WU as been running for 0.22 hours, but it as run for 7686.975538 secs = over 2 hours. 2nd example: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/...us.do?workunitId=90261808 Workunit Status says WU as been running for 0.04 hours, but it as run for 7802.236719 secs = over 2 hours.

We can't see those links.
----------------------------------------Are you saying the CPU time is 0.22 but the elapsed time is higher? Such a high difference probably means something else is taking up resources. AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

I can open and see those links without a problem.

I can open and see those links without a problem. Edit: But only when logged in to my WCG account. Oh wow, I thought we still couldn't share these lnks. "Before" it displayed a page without the tasks. MCM... very strange, disregard what I said before. One for the techs to look at, I think. Does the BOINC client show the right CPU time on each task? I can open and see those links without a problem. Edit: But only when logged in to my WCG account. That's novel, an undocumented feature in MS parlance, maybe harping on about it for years finally had it accept that there are no security or privacy risk in this. Anyway, the log <core_client_version>7.17.0</core_client_version> Whoever build this, you're living on the edge of development, traditionally a alpha release client by the numbering protocol, of even and uneven i.e. .17, a .18 would be beta or production. CPU time and elapsed time match on all 5 running tasks.
----------------------------------------Yes 7.17 is a special version made by GPUUG over at SETI. Guess I could try going back to 7.14.

As lavaflow pointed out, maybe it's the BOINC client.
----------------------------------------Try running Mint Update, see if there's a BOINC update. I'm running 7.16.6 on Ubuntu, straight from the Ubuntu repositories. AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |
