I have a question. There was mentioned that we need to complete 1 billion WUs to generate the necessary data. How many WUs are in one iteration, does anyone know it? |

Variable. Depends on the size of the ligand (compound) that is being docked. Some ligands are split over multiple jobs, sometimes multiple ligands go in a single job. What we know is there are 500 million of these, 50,000 batches of 10,000 ligands.

So as I understand it. We need to crunch till this number in the tasks reach 50k to complete the first etap?

Torma99, these are batches, not iterations. And yes, this number needs to get to 50,000.
