Looks pretty normal today - 270. Just checked and currently it is at 524. Still about 2-2.5x of the normal amount, a slight drop from last night so (didn't record the actual numbers,but was around the 700 mark)...Feb 18,2023 18:50 UTC. Cheers And the weird thing is that the total number of WUs on the result page has kidn of doubled in the last two weeks, that way more than a couple batches of OPNG WUs would cause...  Ralf  |

Got a big rash of _2 and _3's. Most of them appear to be "No Reply." A couple of "error" and "User Aborted."

Even the MCM well seems to have dried out now. My only running computer is empty, cold, and idle.
----------------------------------------Strangely enough, now the BOINC reply to the request, always contains, "Tasks are committed to other platforms". That reply is given from time to time, but not with all requests. Maybe that kind of reply is also added, when there's nothing to be sent to any platforms. Same here. Would be nice to hear something, but it is the weekend. Perhaps they are trying to get the validators caught up by cutting off the workflow.

Even the MCM well seems to have dried out now. My only running computer is empty, cold, and idle. Getting plenty of _0 and _1, with occasionally a blob of 6-8 _2 and some single _3 sprinkled inbetween...Strangely enough, now the BOINC reply to the request, always contains, "Tasks are committed to other platforms". That reply is given from time to time, but not with all requests. Maybe that kind of reply is also added, when there's nothing to be sent to any platforms. Edit, added: Just got one MCM _2, and two MCM _3. So, I believe that the only tasks left, are resends. But the PV jail WUs have increased again to 700 and the overall number of WUs in the Result page is at almost 4300, so almost 2.5x the normal amount. By this time, hopefully tomorrow (as it is a semi-holiday on in the US of A), we can get some word from Krembil about what's going on... Ralf |

So, I believe that the only tasks left, are resends. There was indeed a dry spell (though with some occasional resends) between 2023-02-19T18:28:07 and 2023-02-19T22:44:52. This is how it was looking for me — received three tasks between 18:30 and 20:00, six in the next hour, then ten between 22:00 and 22:30, followed by another five at 22:33 and 22:41 (UTC): MCM1_2 Adri PS In the meantime, all my 10 sole OPNG-tasks (without wingmen) that were Pending Validation have validated in the past hour. |

I believe that the simple answer is that they're just having problem to keep up with the demand, now that MCM1 is the only project running. I'm no longer getting any MCM at the moment. My results list is very long (for me ). I don't understand why the Database isn't being cleared of old work units ??
