I'm currently running several other BOINC projects as well as WCG.
In most projects, it's fairly easy to allocate the resource share, but I can't see how to do this for WCG. Can someone please explain where this is hidden in the settings ? |

Set WCG's resource share here:
----------------------------------------https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewDevices.do select the profile, and at the bottom of the page is resource share. Adjust it however you wish, and once your BOINC Client connects with WCG, the resource share will be updated. It'll take some time for the resource share change to affect the client, but you should see a difference within a week or two. ![]() |

voerik is looking for another corner moment ๐... It's called 'Project Weight' at WCG, and if your profile is still on defaults, you have to hit the Custom Profile radio button to get all the advanced options.

Thanks for the replies.
----------------------------------------I have now done this successfully. https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/...iguration.do?name=Default is the exact page that I used. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 4, 2020 8:36:00 PM] |

I have a computer with 36 cores and I would like to set it so it runs only 11 at a time, this seems to be the best for it. I also run triple RTX 2080 Ti cards for Boinc projects. The computer insists on running all 36 cpu's unless I manually delay the start of of all wu's except 10 on the cpu's.
Thank you |

OT, You already have a reply in the % of CPU thread. You best set the percent of CPU in the BOINC client.
