Any research paper mentioned the OpenPandemics project?

Just kind of curious.

Way too early for that.

Re: Any research paper mentioned the OpenPandemics project?

I mean falconet, technically there is a research paper that mentions OPN1 --
https://forlilab.org/wp-content/uploads/sites...te_at_30_ProtSci_2020.pdf

The only catch is that the paper has nothing to do with COVID-19, it's all about the history of AutoDock.

The August monthly research call shared with us the following:
"They also submitted a paper describing the development and application of protocols for the study of covalent inhibitors (including the reactive docking protocol used in the OpenPandemics).

Another paper has been submitted describing their collaborative work with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory team and NVIDIA to run simulations to identify new molecules against the SARS-CoV2 virus."

They mentioned the AutoDock paper I linked above as well, but these are 2 upcoming papers that will reference OPN1. It also states that the team is in contact with researchers all over the world, sharing data and research. This could lead to additional papers written by 3rd parties, which will reference WCG and OPN1, and the data OPN1 is producing. We'll see if there's any update on these papers in the upcoming monthly update.

Yep, there's that but I assumed he meant something about the data, which, as you mention, is not present on that paper.

I think regarding data, 2021 is when we'll see something.
