Uplinger, there was a problem for NVIDIA and AMD after the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. Users may have to disable Windows Update for the video cards and reinstall drivers from Nvidia or AMD.

I'll downgrade my drivers for the GTX660M from the latest available for that GPU, version 425.31, and to the version that came with the computer, which is version 306.14.
----------------------------------------Maybe Nvidia has done something that makes the 660M not work on OpenCL here with newer drivers, even though the GPU is OpenCL 1.2. We'll see, when there is more tasks available to test. Edit 1: Hmm, with original driver 306.14 clinfo and GPU-Z say that the GTX660M actually is only OpenCL 1.1. I'll revert back to 425.31 and run clinfo again. Edit 2: Yup, with driver 425.31 the GTX660M show up as OpenCL 1.2. I doubt the card is really OpenCL 1.2 compliant though. The driver supports OpenCL 1.2, but the card may not, even though it is marketed as OpenCL 1.2 capable. Strange though that driver 306.14 which is from 2012, does not show the card as OpenCL 1.2, but then, the OpenCL 1.2 specification was actually announced on on November 15, 2011, so perhaps the 306.14 driver does not support OpenCL 1.2, and the card is actually only OpenCL 1.1 So, I'll forget about the GTX660M when it comes to GPU crunching here. I have to report that the estimated time is totally wrong with my I7-7820 and GTX1080. The estimation says about 1h20 and the real time of execution is 3 or 4 minutes. And i think that the GPU is CPU limited. The task manager show that the GPU load is only during the half-time. Maybe it will be usefull to have two WU for one GPU. There are many more ligands on a GPU task than on a CPU task. When it finishes one ligand, there is a brief "pause" on GPU load. Wrong time estimates are completely normal as this is a new type of task. The more og these tasks you run, the more accurate the estimates will be. I'm not surprised that you see so many issues with some GPUs. From my experience, many early OpenCL implementations had serious issues and some were crashing even during basic clGet... calls.

Woke up and saw that during the night I got 54 tasks across 4 machines. Not a single Error, which is very good!
