ARP on Windows - zero progress

I have both Linux and Windows machines on World Community Grid - on the Windows machine, I saw 3 tasks that had 0:00 progress and -- elapsed after a significant length of run-time - tasks now aborted.
I have no similar problems on my Linux machines.

Anyone seeing similar behaviour?

Re: ARP on Windows - zero progress

A copy of the entries before aborting would have been helpful.

Re: ARP on Windows - zero progress

African rainfall work units are not readily available at all times, but when they come to my system, (4GHz i7 Windows 8.1 x64), they run to conclusion in roughly 24 hours.

Re: ARP on Windows - zero progress

Op says they failed to start.

sometimes pausing, or swapping will make them fail to launch. it's best not to... poke them.

Re: ARP on Windows - zero progress

Your phone will only show up in the arp table when your system wants something from it. My GPS master clock isn't there either unless I ping it. The easiest way to work with the device is to use the hostname instead of the ARP table.
