10 days and still no response from the "Tech Team". Well, for what it's worth (worse?), I got a reply, though rather generic in nature, from WCG tech support this morning, less than 24h after sending them an email with a log of the transient errors yesterday early afternoon (PST)...  Ralf I sent another support email today regarding my one device with different names in Devices and Results. I don't expect it to get fixed. Pathetic. Well, it's 47h since the download errors started again (at least since I noticed them in my logs) but still not even an official acknowledgement that this is happening, again.

but still not even an official acknowledgement that this is happening, again. sad It seems their communication improved for a while, but right now the silence is deafening. At the very least, they could acknowledge there is a problem. Cheers

Since 07:54 this morning (Dutch time) I don't get any work anymore, from OPN1 and MCM1 both. On all my devices, not just one.

I think the MCM Work Units have dried up, except for the occasional resend. Time to put more in the hopper.
Time for me to start up the backup project. One of the things I really liked about WCG was that it had multiple projects under one banner, so if one project was on pause or having issues then you could just change the mix of WUs you got from this project. Doesn't really work like that anymore with all the projects being down or empty at once. I do hope the issues can be worked out soon. |

All of my machines except one have dried up. The last unit I received was 06:56 UTC on Feb 23,2023. My last machine will be dry in about 2 hours.
