Well, I'm the lucky one. I'm having no problems at all with either downloading or uploading on both OPN (and one OPNG) and MCM WUs.
----------------------------------------All seems to be well. (I shouldn't have said that.)

Will post back when the problem is resolved for me or when my upload queue is empty again. For the moment, my upload queue is finally empty, with the automatical help of — or should I say BIG thanks to — "wcgresults -x" (succeeded at 14:30 UTC, after 221 iterations; others use the Retry button) that kicked in at 12:08 UTC, Despite all this, the upload problems (slow upload speed in combination with transient HTTP errors) are still there. Sometimes leading to a few files that refuse to get uploaded, sometimes an empty upload queue. It's not that bad at the moment in comparison to one month downtime. ARP is the major contributor to the loading problem and this started as soon as the flow back to Krembil started on ARP. They don't seem to have fixed the upload capacity or maybe there is a bottle-neck further along the line.
