I cannot join a new project and cannot modify configuration parameters~

The updated parameters cannot be updated to the local synchronously
|

Hi Blue_Tony,
Thank you for letting us know you are experiencing this issue. Saving changes under Device Management to the different profiles succeeds and this change is reflected in the website database, however these updated preferences are not being forwarded to clients on contact with the scheduler when selecting "use web prefs." A member of the tech team is currently working on resolving this problem. |

this might be just another swag, but might be pertinent : if I go to device management/device configuration, using default options for "registered/last received" after device update, device is not listed. If however I do the same display after extending "last received" to 90days, the device shows on the config list with the changed config list!!
