Same here, most of my Androids and Laptops have run dry and only a handful of new units picked up in the last few days. I usually get 400 to 500 a day.
----------------------------------------Edit, just 3 new units received in the last 11 hours. Pete [Edit 1 times, last edit by Pete Broad at Mar 8, 2024 10:55:08 AM] |

Hasn't anyone noticed that the feeder is down, since 2024-03-18 21:31:09 UTC+1 ? And in a few minutes, the team will go home.

Hi Grumpy Swede,
The tech team are currently working on fixing an issue with the createWork process, which is responsible for the shortage in WUs at this time. In attempting to fix this issue, the feeder went down temporarily yesterday. The tech team will provide an update about this issue soon. |

TigerLily, Did the team give you any timeframe for a fix? The number of MCM WUs being released is near zero. I am hopeful the WUs start flowing soon.

Hi TigerLily,
----------------------------------------Why has no one from the tech team said anything on the Facebook page, etc.? After two weeks of little to no WUs, this is the first post I have seen indicating that anyone is even looking at things. This silence has only fueled anger among many of us. Thank you for at least letting us know here. |

Hi mike0164,
An update was posted last week regarding the issues with the createWork process and the resulting low MCM1 work unit supply. We understand that this is causing frustration, but I can assure you that the tech team is working on addressing this issue. |
