Support emails getting lost again?

I have posted a few messages in the SUPPORT link but have not heard back on any of them. So, I am unable to determine if the messages were never relayed to a person or if the person who read them has not yet responded.

Enquiring minds wonder....

Since TigerLily is no longer with the group, there is no dedicated personnel to reply to support email. However, we are receiving it, and we do not plan to ignore it forever - we have chosen to monitor the forums with the resources we have for now and we should begin catching up with the backlog of support emails in the coming days.
