Something just moved a while ago, and a lot of WUs now have been reported. Let's see if the rest of functionality is catching up during the rest of the day...

Yup; scheduler started listening again at about 18:45 UTC (and some retries got sent out!) -- new work started going out about an hour later (along with lots of transient HTTP errors [because of that large data file?])
Because of the outage, I now have some tasks that are in "genuine" PVal jail :-) -- I have examined these and they are all relatively new issue workunits, and because of the large backlog of reported tasks on restart the validators will probably take a while to sift through the older ones.
