Managed to get the ethernet (Windows) drivers loaded onto my new Sempron so will have it Crunching at WCG for a wee while. One of the good things about the (UD) software is that it benchmarks the CPU so I can compare it against my others - nice
Now, lets see how far he'll go. Started at 1.6GHz out of the box, now at 2GHz. Will need to turn the memory down another notch for more - even Crucial has its limits |
