Congratulations!
For some reason, my mind is drawn to some of the more strange number systems out there... counting nines, base 13 (Tolkein), and base 4 (Pratchett). So, congratulations on many-many-one years of computing. |

Congratulations! For some reason, my mind is drawn to some of the more strange number systems out there... counting nines, base 13 (Tolkein), and base 4 (Pratchett). So, congratulations on many-many-one years of computing. Ahh! In Thai language, the word for nine, 'gao', is the same as the verb for 'to develop or progress'. Important Buddhist rituals usually involve nine monks. So many mysteries to the number 9. It's almost like reading that book, the "Da Vinci Code", by Dan Brown.
