Had the same question a few hours ago on first install. There are some graphics, very basic, that will show after a few days of crunching, but nothing like the WCG UD agents do. For that matter, not missing it...its jsut taking CPU time and other than pretty, pretty meaningless to the layman (personal opinion)

I'm running the BOINC agent on Mac OS/X. No graphics, except for the very basic and difficult to read (thin yellow line on grey background) statistics graph.
The Windows agent (don't think it's BOINC) has a nice visual graphic that shows the proteome folding or whatever it's crunching at the moment.

This is a "nice to have". I am content to contribute my spare cycles to the project.
