OK time to whine a little.
----------------------------------------It looks like it will be next week before I can get the DSL working. Verizon thinks the problem is here. They want to check the modem. I took it to a friends with the same ISP service and it worked fine. They won't re-chech thier own circuts till they check here. The DSL tech crews don't work the weekends. But the field crews do. I feel the same way. I have thought that if there were a link button on the cliant, it would be easier to find the team thread. Boinc has come a ways toward that with the two buttons under the Projects and Tasks Tabs. From my grid you can go to My teams. I 'm sure, a Team Link on the Cliant would increase the length of time the average cliant produces. It is the real world out here and we get "Burntout or Distracted". That is the point that I see Connection thru Community comming into play. At present the only way I know to link to a Team Thread is for a Team Captain to link to it on thier 'Team Home Page'; Or (And I haven't seen this yet) actually point the 'Team Home Page' Link on the 'My Team Page' to the Team Thread. HAY! I was only stopping in to see who had stopped in!  Bla Bla Bla  Back to sleep for a bit (I hope ;)zzz  Oh yea and where is David Hmmm  Robby |
