Thanks Orakk my old mate. smile

This is my first official post as team leader, so I'll not bother asking for people to join our team. But if anyone who's not with a team is looking for one........

Dreamweavers - are they no more??

I see all bar 4 junior members have retired from the team, including the original Captain Wild Rover and other senior members, with no returns since the 19th July - the team forum is closed as well.

Has the team folded?

I think this vindicates my observations made in the old Black Knights thread http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...3&offset=100#lastpost regarding Gremlin2 quite nicely wink

Wonder what team Gremlin2/Wild Rover (or whatever his latest username will be) will spring up with next thinking

Re: Dreamweavers - are they no more??

Our founder, Sean O,Bannion (Wild Rover) passed away recently and the team have not been able to recover from the loss. We have parted and as a previous captain of 'Dreamweavers' I would ask for an admin to please lock this thread. Regards Rob

Re: Dreamweavers - are they no more??

I apologise if this is truly the case, but why has his username been changed as of yesterday on the Dreamweavers Team Page from Wild Rover to Ken More???

Adywebb, why is it you only turn up here to stir up trouble? I don’t recall you having ever made a single valid or supportive comment, just sarcastic remarks. Please be good enough to keep your nose out of what doesn’t concern you, and keep your opinions regarding Dreamweavers and it’s members to yourself. When your opinions are wanted, someone will let you know what those opinions should be. Wild Rover now continues to return WUs thanks to a close family member, and that’s all you need to know pal. Some of us did move to another team after certain ex-Dreamweavers members saw fit to drive the final nail into the coffin of a once thriving team, but the new team isn’t even recruiting just now. When it is, you’ll not be welcome anywhere near it. You’re doing yourself no favours by being see as someone who constantly snipes at those he doesn’t like. Leave it be!

Orakk, where the heck do you get off asking for another team’s recruiting thread to be locked? You’re not the leader of Dreamweavers, Anchorman is. If he wants the thread locking ‘HE’ will ask for it to be locked.

Re: Dreamweavers - are they no more??

I think a little less of the indignation because you've been caught out is called for, don't you?

All folks ask is that Kev/Gremlin2/Wild Rover/Ken More be honest and open - what does he have to hide? - no-one would mind if he just formed a team and got on with it.

What happens to all the innocent unknowing joining members he leaves behind in teams without support?

As it happens I only posted once previously in this teams first thread - and it was a congratulatory one, as I thought he had changed his spots - but it seems I was wrong.

And yes I've seen the your new team 'The Dreamteam' - I look forward to seeing its progress with interest wink

Edit: Oh, and by the way, you appear to have lost the Irish accent...
