i'd like to see a page where it says project XYZ 1,000/2,000,000 work units complete. project ABC 50,000/1,5000,000 units complete.

The statistics pages are due to be overhauled soon. Some kind of progress indication has already been suggested, and will hopefully make it into the new system.
The only problem is that from time to time the projects will renegotiate the scope of the project with WCG, and this will mean the total work units will increase. |

This is true for every project we have run so far, and I expect it to be true for Cancer too. FAAH is splitting things up into phases, which allows each phase to be measured, though the number of phases is . . . indefinite. |
