Less than 0.1% of the Help Defeat Cancer work units may have been getting stuck at 0% or 100% without the big round tissue image showing in the Application window: (i) icon, and without obeying the cpu throttle setting. We have fixed this with version 1.0.0.6. The problem occurred only for the UD version. The agent will eventually recover by itself. However, if you notice that the agent has the above symptoms and has been stuck for at least 3 hours, then you can use the task manager to end the wcg_hdc_tma.exe process early. Ending the process may cause your agent to not get any points for this work unit, however. Work units started later than this post should not have this problem.
