One thing that I should be clear about - both the UD grid and the BOINC grid are located here at World Community Grid. You can download the software for either grid from here:
http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/viewJoinNow.do If click on the 'download windows' link, then you will be directed to the United Devices agent and therefore participate in the 'UD grid'. If you click on the 'download linux' or 'download mac', then you will be directed to the BOINC agent and therefore participate in the 'BOINC grid'. You can actually download the BOINC agent for windows and utilize that as well (in which case you would be participating in the BOINC grid here). Ok - now I'm sure I muddied things.  Kevin |

A family friend died from cancer which was undetected last week......it was masked by pneumonia and was 5 days from diagnosis to death.
If I can do just a minute bit to help it's worth it......... Sadly I know too many people who have breast cancer or breast cancer scares. Ditching all other BOINC projects apart from MalariaControl. |
