I had BOINC installed on my Mac. It ran fine for a week or so. I scheduled it to stop when the current job was done as I had some updates to apply. After the updates (via radmind), BOINC was gone so I tried to reinstall it. It goes through the process and says there were problems on the install please install again. Four times, still doesn't work. It also doesn't say what the problems are. I hate error messages like that, especially if I am the one that wrote them.
I followed the uninstall instructions I got when I downloaded it. The reinstall after that still fails. Any suggestions? |

No idea what was wrong. I downloaded the latest and greatest version of BOINC. It installed without complaint and is crunching away now.
