A Canadian 2x4 is a duty free and US import tax free piece of the finest 2 inch by 4 inch spruce or pine wood which can be used upside the head or in a more cruder term used to insert into an orfice tongue

Re: Team SEYCHELLES

Rudi - Tony - do you think we should accept JC's invitation to join teams?

Personally JC's team name puts me off, but the apart from that - no problem. JC wants to change the name anyway (maybe we can negotiate to have the team clled "CocoNAUTS" biggrin biggrin
We should consolidate as efforts to grow through new members is just not working. Aprt from that, we seem to get on well enough with each other.
I realise and acknowledge that we will loose our individuality in the identity we have formed..... but it is the people who are important and not the brands!

Any comments?

Rob, I made this suggestion to JC while you got "unplugged." Personally I do not mind which brand we crunch under, although I have to agree that the current choice of JC's team name would not be one I would choose. Perhaps we should take one word from both teams, say, Team from Andrax and Seychelles from ours. biggrin biggrin

The choice of wether to amalgamate is really your decision as you started the team. I quite like the idea of a team representing a small island, take a look back at some of your earlier posts in this thread. A lot of indivuality is lost in a big team and we can claim to be the only team, with more than one member, that all members regularly post and is a bit unique. The fact that we have only three members has become, if you like, our signature.

My suggestion would be the following; depending on Rudi's views, that we agree in principle to join up with JC. but hold off doing so until the current batch of work is complete, as it is only 7 or 8 weeks away, then start the new work as a combined team. This will give us some time to agree a new team name, design a logo, etc.
