Yes Tony - the switch over is an option - my goal is to become a member of a small team as I wil a total waste of time captain as I will be bogged down in a project as from Monday next week - it is not right to lead something.... and not participate  (I think I have just defined the mean of a useless team leader  )I'm sure you and Rudi can sort it out betwwen you. Don't forget to hand over the drink cabinet key!  |

Rudi,
I am going to go ahead and retire from the team. Then accordingto the instructions (above) you should be able to become captain. Is that ok with you? |
