I just noticed that one of my machines has been getting "No work available" for the last 20 minutes. It only has DSFL selected. Is there an issue?

Nothing that I'm aware off. As yet I've not seen DSFL being upgraded to Normal priority, so maybe the supply just ran out through other exclusive crunchers. If running an exclusive science and no @If there is not work send something else" is chosen, best to set the cache/additional buffer pref to e.g. 1 day so supply interruptions can be bridged.
