using boinc instead of the UD world community grid client

Hi there. I understand that on linux, you are able to use boinc to participate in this project. I'd like to try using boinc for windows. What do I need to do in order to set it up?
Thanks

Here is the BOINC download page: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php

Right now we have boarded HPF for BOINC Windows but nothing else. You will have to wait to see FAAH available for BOINC. It will come for Linux first.

I thought boinc was meant to be usable on any operating system regardless of what project you set it up for?

It is true that BOINC will run on multiple OS, however each OS has it's own version. The science projects will also have an application for each OS. When you install BOINC on your PC and attach to a project, the BOINC CC will automatically download the correct app. and WU's.
