Ok so I have the BOINC manager running and have accumulated a little over 10,000 points and so I was trying to "Start Claiming XRP" from the computing for good website but every time I enter the username, address, and verification code it tells me that the username is already in use. Its my username though so. . . its the same name that comes up when I log into the WCG website. The other weird thing is that when I go to the setting and profile part of the WCG website, I click on the thing next to my name which says "Is this name available?" and its says my name is either not avaialbe or is already in use. . .

![]() Good thing I checked. The website has changed slightly since I last did this. Click on 'Settings' in the upper right corner. Sign in and it will show your member name, verification ID and email address on the web page named 'My Profile'. For that matter, bring up BOINC Manager and look at the Projects tab. It will show the Account (member name) that it is running under and contributing to. I seem to be working backwards. The basic help section on member names is here: https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=namepwprob Good Luck! Lawrence |

Alright. So I have all of the information right. I have the ripple address, the verification code, and the username. The BOINC manager says it is contributing to AzureNaito which is the name that I use on this website : https://www.computingforgood.org/register
One thing that I can think of is that for some weird reason I am registered on this website as I can access the "My Stats" section but it just returns a white screen without any hours contributed or anything. . |

Right but on the Ripple labs page its not connecting those results. So on computingforgood.org under the my stats page there should be hours and XRP generated, but there is a blank screen. So I'm just wondering if this is a problem with the website or what? Alright, well that's weird, the website finally showed hours contributed buuutt, its says 0. So I guess I just wait for Ripple Labs to fix this?

Yes, everything here looks fine, we know that Ripple Labs is way behind on lots of things.....but as they are nothing to do with us we cannot do anything

Oh ok that makes sense. I was also thinking that I shouldn't ask this question here because it is most likely Ripple labs' fault. Anyways, glad to be able to offer computing power for projects under WCG! When I get the free time I'm going to do more research into the whole thing to see just how computing power gets results to things like curing AIDS. Alright, well thanks everyone for the help!

Wonder if the stats page formatting change has caused something? Start reading from this post: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewpostinthread?post=441507
