Slapping a second graphics card in

I currently use a A75M-D2H mobo with a Radeon HD 6670 and a A6-3500 APU.

I'll be getting a new graphics card soon, and my question is, if I just put the 6670 in the other 16x PCIe slot, will BOINC be able to use the APU, the new card AND the 6670 at the same time?
