On another of my machines, I have a completed work unit which the manager says is "Uploading". It is 100% complete, thus, this is no surprise. What is a little odd, is that this work unit has been in that state since yesterday evening. The "Transfers" tab is blank. So, it is uploading, but not right now?

If there was an upload, you'd see entries in the stdoutdae.txt file similar to these. each completed OET has a single paired Start/Finished
