At the moment on my Pandora, Vadim Repin is playing Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61.

JOHNNY NASH (August 19,1940-Oct 6,2020 in his native Houston,Texas)
In the sixties as co producer of JAD Records in Jamaïca in he helped his friend Bob Marley to launch the career we know

Johnny Nash big hit in 1972 I Can See Clearly Now
was not a reggae hit but became one with Jimmy Cliff

Ray Charles ,Tom Jones & many others added their own versions.

The great spanish jazz saxophonist was the first to introduce the guitar flamenca in jazz,notably with the late Paco De Lucia.
The Flamenco Jazz was born following the path of Miles Davis/Gil Evans "SKetches of Spain"
