On my Jan 12th "My Statistics History" page, I get this for yesterday:
01/12/2005 . 0:000:00:00:05 . 0 . 5 I know something is wrong there. Anyone else get an error like this? |

My total points seem to be accurate, and total run time is accurate too. Just nothing shows up for that day.

so that means that yesterday your earned 5 seconds of run time, processed five results, and got zero points for it?
----------------------------------------Maybe you checked the stats as they were being updated on the web page, they say they capture data as of midnight GMT and post it to the web site six hours later, but maybe the update was in progress when you checked it. If you check it again now, does it show the same numbers? Maybe you got a series of bad workunits, ones that the agent ran for one second and then gave up. Did you notice if you had any workunits that ran longer and were returned yesterday (before midnght GMT) ? Maybe you should check on your agent periodically through the day to make sure that it is making progress on a workunit (more than 1 second) in case there is some weird problem with it. Work units were taking hours just like normal. I checked my stats page and it is still the same, no points. But when I check my totals, I have all the correct points there. I did try checking my stats right as it was updating, so I'll wait until the next update to see if they have been corrected.

Work units were taking hours just like normal. I checked my stats page and it is still the same, no points. But when I check my totals, I have all the correct points there. I did try checking my stats right as it was updating, so I'll wait until the next update to see if they have been corrected. We've noticed this happening with a few members. There might be a problem with the way Rosetta is handling a specific kind of non-convergant workunit. We're attempting to track down and isolate the problem. There may be another explaination though. Check though is that you have enough virtual memory set aside. This has been the problem for some members. If you're on XP here's how you check it: * Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties" * Select the "Advanced" tab * Click the "Settings" button in the "Performance" section. * Click the "Advanced" tab on the "Performance Settings" dialog * Tell me what you have for "Total paging file size for all drives" in the "Virtual Memory" section. This should be at least 512MB, but a higher number is better (1024MB or more).
