Re: Movin' in!

devilish I take it you guys won't be rushing to crunch any projects submitted by the World Wildlife Fund in the future? biggrin laughing

Still could be worse, our main pest problem is Seagulls, thank your god that moose can't fly!!

If the project has something to do with sustaining acceptable populations of animals I'm all for it.

Did you know that the WWF is all up in arms about South Africa wanting to cull elephants in one of their parks. The population of elephants has out grow what the park can sustain so eventually the elephants will start to starve. While the elephants are starving they are weak are more likely to get diseases which can spread to the heathly elephants causing the population do decline farther than a controlled cull.
And don't forget the destructon of the other plants and animals while the elephants get out of control. We should leave that to us humans as we seem to be the best at it anyways.

I'd prefer to have the populations culled rather than see the animals destroy their environment before starving and spreading disease to whatever remains of the ecosystem they live in.

Nature lover maybe... but my biggest problem is that the seagulls are protected by the frigging queen plus they've banned guns, I've tried running them over but they can fly pretty fast ....

I will let you in on a little secret.....

find the nesting sites....
and then a little kerosene spray on the egs seems to solve the overpopulation problem.

Never mind the sea gulls..... when I lived up north... it was the shithawks... <ravens>. They were so big that Air Traffic Control had to route you around them.
