What are your system specs? (OS, RAM, CPU type and speed). I'm curious why your machine is constantly having trouble with this project. Have you encountered errors on the other projects hosted by World Community Grid? Do you have Windows Defender installed on your computer? How long are the work units running before it encounters the error?

Specs (two different machines of same specs):
System=Dell Vostro 200
OS=Windows XP Home
RAM=1GB
CPU=Core2Duo (1.86Ghz X 2; 1066FSB)

Errors before:
I am encountering these perhaps more than most because I have about 60 devices. The errors I've posted previously on these have been from different devices, but most with the specs above. I'll have to look to see if these two machines have had errors before. Errors I've encountered before in general (on other machines perhaps) are the max disk usage exceeded with DDDT, this error, and the Vista reboot error (on the machines with Vista - but these machines have WinXP).

Windows Defender:
Not installed on these PCs and deactivated on those with Vista.

Time they ran:
ach1_ 2_ 81_ 10--: 10.64 hours
ach1_ 2_ 31_ 1--: 10.38 hours

I checked the result status on all results I've returned; each result has at least 2 (sometimes more) WUs in the quorum with error status.

I have another one also:

I have also encountered this error on one of my machines that has run many of the ACAH work units. We are looking into this and unfortunately it takes time. Thank you for reporting this and for being patient with us!

Another one bites the dust:

ach1_ 3_ 24_ 20-- 10.39 hours

I opted in for ACH on Friday (assuming it had settled down) and received my first WU on Saturday (ach1_3_24_12 -- ran for 8.2 CPU hours). It was interesting how it ran. When it came into the queue, it immediately stopped a DDDT WU (how rude wink

)and began to run with a status of "running - high priority". It ran to exactly 75.000% and then stopped. After the DDDT WU resumed and completed (~ 4 hours later - so much for high priority wink

)the ACH resumed and ran to completion. It is now "inconclusive". There were initially 20 replications with a quorum of 10. there are now 19 Inconclusives, 3 Errors, 1 No Response and 1 In process. I assume the inconclusives wil become valild or invalid. I was wondering why the 19 inconclusives have not met the quorum of 10?

The ACH project certainly is different ! biggrin
