GEORGE, not sure what pot you've been smokin, but recommend you lay off from the English and switch to Dutch.... much cleaner and stronger as well (so is the A'dam coffeeshop info page).
----------------------------------------For your experiment: 1. Clean cookies and page cache of browser 2. Hit the first link to open in new browser tab 3. Set the browser to *off-line* 4. Hit second link, while telling it to load in new browser tab again. No loading errors, which proofs they are the same page.... I'm on Italian coffee, 50/50 blend of 'Columbian' and 'Venezuelan' (beans).
