angry Error, error, error, and errors....

My last 10 WU's gave me error!

And this is the log of one of them! The others are equal:

Result Log

<core_client_version>5.10.28</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
- exit code -1073741510 (0xc000013a)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
Failed to get VersionInfo size: 2

</stderr_txt>
]]>

What can I do? Why it failed to get VersionInfo Size: 2????

I don't know what to do!

Re: Error, error, error, and errors....

Do you use Vista? If so, read the Vista FAQ for a workaround.

The good news is that the WCG techs have identified the source of this problem, and a fix is included in an upcoming BOINC version.

Didactylos - just to correct this statement. The WCG techs didn't identify this - the CA's identified the workaround - we just pointed the workaround out to the BOINC developers and based on that they immediately knew the problem.

The praise in this case goes to you guys for figuring out and documenting the workaround. biggrin
