I have installed BOINC on 60 machines yesterday. I thought i would get quite a leap on my points, but nothing.
It is running as a service, how can i check all is working fine, if possible without having to get into all 60 machines. |

It takes a couple of days for work units to be returned, validated and points awarded.
You can keep track of your computers using BOINC Manager or a third party application such as BOINCView. BOINC Manager can connect to remote computers running BOINC (as a service or otherwise) so that you can view and control it. Read this for a guide to setting up authentication so you can connect to your remote computers: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/RpcAuth |

Hello javierarce,
You can keep track of the results returned to the WCG server on the Results Status page, explained in http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=6105 Just select My Grid - Results Status. But you are going to have an ENORMOUS number of results. ![]() ![]() So you might want to Google for information about BOINCView, a third party utility for managing large numbers of computers.
