For some reason, my status (on the bottom of the My Grid page) reads "Joined-Retired," and my computer is no longer processing WCG projects. Does anyone know what happened and how I can fix this?

No-one ever gets retired, but maybe you are looking at the team member list instead where members can join and retire. Notwithstanding can you post a screenshot and / or the internet address of the page you see this on.
