Earlier today I posted a technical problem - probably in the very wrong thread - and had no answer so far.
Maybe one of you with technical insight might do me the favour of looking at it?

@ little mermaid- It looks like you have you cache set too high on your laptop. Try lowering it to .5 days or less.

@ nanoprobe: I have one profile for both "devices"
- one with a cache of 2.0 for mobile broadband dongle reasons.
Now adjusted to 0.5 days.
This, however - as I see it - does not explain my real concern:
why I get WUs for more hours than 24 a day on my laptop
- while my PC gets what matches the hours of a day
If I could, I would expand the lenght of a day, but I cannot.

@ sunfolk: Don't cry, please, go there instead and enjoy

and with the Leningrad Cowboys that have worked up The Red Army Choir to give it the time of its life?
Finns, initially, come across as dead serious, but they have a wonderful wild strike to them,
and a sense of humour you would not expect to be this glowing in that cold climate
- it must be the savusauna .... so, please laugh, sunfolk; I'm determined to experience it hands on
- with a gas mask
- I have an invitation
- and I hope I shall be able to take a double depriciation
on my fine dress ....
- which I do not plan to wear to the savusauna
