Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Thank you, TLD - and congratulations on your new home team smile
Good Afternoon Base Campers!
Not much going on - still, we have been dealt two new badges
of which most of us are fairly proud
- one of the new ones: Duke of Buckingham insanely so.
In order to make him more insanely happy, we inivited him to make a late appearance at
Trek #34 with Kyuuninkai Task Force, but we have not seen His Dukeness yet,
whereas GTCola2010, Punchy@BC, yodap@BC and sunfolk
still are trying to help Geokamayoc grow up to become an adult.

BTW, Geokamayoc - you promised us one of your poems in English,
and all you do is making snowmen at the French Riviera - you are a fascinating man, indeed

Come Saturday we'll launch our Trek #35 - a Sneaky Pete
- and no-no-no nap, I'll not say, nope to your fishing ...
Falling in Love with You
They try to tell us in Denmark that we should remember Valentine's Day
... I never got the concept
- but .... it has not avoided my attention that it occurs on February 14,
and that it has something to do with love, hearts, beautiful bouquets, kisses,
fancy chocolates in fancy boxes, maybe even fancy lingerie,
and I found a card that explains it all in easy to understand Cambodian tongue

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Peluche, so nice to see you here.
We did what we could, but to tell the truth, we are far from proud of our showing sad
The Charity Challenge 2013 has to run better and be better prepared smile
NerdGZ, what a lovely little lapin, and yes, we would like to see more Peluche
- a Mermaid Martini - the recipe says 4 oz Gin, 1 oz Cherry Brandy, 2 Lemon wedges,
and that sounds delicious, except for: Where is the Martini?
I thought we were going ice water while watching the sun setting behind the lighthouse in Coruna cool
Once more: Good Luck with you exam good luck
Good Morning Base Campers!
Thank you for still helping Geokamayoc at Team Kuyyninkai Task Force
GTCola2010, Punchy@BC, yodap@BC and sunfolk.
On Saturday 18 February I invite you to join our one week Sneaky Pete Trek #35.
Details will be posted sometime during Friday in our Castle.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Afternoon Base Campers!
Trek #34 is officially over, but Geokamayoc still enjoys the benefits of the production of
GTCola2010, Punchy@BC, yodap@BC, and sunfolk.
They were just joined by José [Team Musketeers],
who does his utmost to follow Base Camp instructions
- well, the old "Where we're at" was up, and the new one wasn't yet.
he-he José, if you stay for a minimum of one WU - you'll have earned yourself
this attractive badge, so it was a smart, but also well-meaning move.

It's official. Our Trek #35 takes us to Team The Musketeers.
We want to thank them for helping Base Camp making our Christmas Trek
with the USMC extra spicey, and we also want to bribe them scrupulouslessly
so that they will do their perkele best to help bring the Jaded Chimp back to the EVGA crunchers.
Fever
I better invite the EVGA crunchers that are not Base Campers for maximum impact.

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Evening Base Campers!
Trek #35 with The Musketeers has come off to a neat start.
14 are on the list - some are Musketeers/Base Campers
who were parked there when we began, so they are sort of kidnapped by themselves
- a craft they work expertly ...
I look forward to seeing how many will join over the weekend smile
Amapola
No, it's not spring yet in Buttercupland, but the rain and relative warmth made one feel as if ...

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Morning Base Campers!
Overnight UTC we have been joined by Dan Holtz.
- BTW we have a clock in our Castle now.
pinky put up a dial clock, and we are discussing the looks of it - please give your opinion
Dan Holtz is not on Team The Musketeers list yet, which probably is a question of reporting with WCG.
To be honest, I had hoped to see our very newest Base Campers testing their wings.
Matt.Dye and Winston Garibaldi, where are you?
I could make a roll call for a few more,
but in a new turn and unusual way of operating for me decided to cool it a bit ...
-when do I get to know me?
Don't you like this Trek?
Are you tired?
Are you getting old?
Do You Know Where You're Going to? - if not: The address is here: The Musketeers
tongue age is no excuse, you know

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Morning Base Campers!
The participation in Trek #35 is now an impressive 25 crunchers
- Base Campers, EVGA Crunchers and Musketeers
in all shades, purebreds and mixtures.
Thank you very much for coming each and everyone rose

I don't have much to add, so, for once, let this be short and sweet

Re: Base Camp.......The team that isn't

Good Afternoon Base Campers!
Trek #35 runs like a Singer sewing machine, and we were just joined by tanner2 rose
You still have a couple of days to join, and I really recommend it.
I cannot recall ever having seen so attractive badges
- I'm sure you'll regret if you did not secure one in time tongue

Last Sunday I took a long walk at a peninsula which ends up in
an isthmus that gives access to a higher landmass.
On both sides of this isthmus the ice had packed in different ways
- I thought Siberia had gone home, but no, it had been very cold for several weeks,
so it does not disappear overnight.
I took some photos which you can see in my Facebook album if you like smile
