Le Roquefort Papillon est très bon ! Le haut de gamme pour cette cave, c'est le Papillon Noir. Il est moins crémeux et un peu plus vert que le Gabriel Coulet, donc vu les goûts que tu as annoncés, je pense que tu préféreras le classique. Mais c'est du très bon Roquefort, et je n'aurais pas cru qu'on puisse en trouver à ce prix là chez toi. -------- Roquefort Papillon is very good! The top of the range for this cellar is the Papillon Noir (Black Butterfly). It is less creamy and a little greener than the Gabriel Coulet, so given the tastes you have announced, I think you prefer the classic. But it's very good Roquefort, and I would not have thought that you can find at this price home.  |

Is the Papillon matured in your caves as well? Then it would be like a greeting from you and Saphir12  Oh, peut-être que je devrais commander, stefada. Est-ce que le Papillon a aussi mûri dans vos grottes? Ensuite, ce serait comme une salutation de votre part et de Saphir12  |

----------------------------------------Je crois que tu peux commander. Le Papillon, c'est du 'vrai' Roquefort. C'est pas il passe 15 jours dans les caves, pour avoir l'AOC. Il y passe plusieurs mois en cave (sous le Combalou), pour être affiné comme il faut. Le conditionnement, c'est une usine, mais les fromages sont vraiment fait dans les caves. ---------- I think you can order. The Papillon is 'real' Roquefort. It's not spent 15 days in the cellars, to have the AOC. He spent several months in the cellar (under the Combalou), to be refined as it should. There used to be several bus companies operating transport in Denmark. An outfit trading as Flix Bus, took a large part of the market and absorbed several of the other firms. We have not used them. The firm we went with is Black Ticket. Their bus went from KBH to Odense, with a stop in Ringsted, at Odense, we changed to a waiting bus which went to Svendborg and then on to Rudkøbing. We have done this several times, easy stuff. Unfortunately, it is motorway almost all the way, (to Svendborg), so a little boring at times, but faster.
