Aujourd'hui : Chevreuil sauce grand veneur

Un grand classique de la cuisine française. Cette sauce à base de vin rouge s'accorde exceptionnellement bien avec le gibier.
Nous pouvons l'utiliser avec d'autres viandes, mais comme il faut laisser mariner au moins 12H (plus si on veut) , en général nous le cuisinons avec du gibier.

Pour le vin à boire, nous avons du Châteauneuf du Pape 2011, un délice pour accompagner un autre délice.
Pour la cuisine par contre, un 2002 ou un 2013 fera très bien l'affaire. Sinon, c'est "donner du lard aux cochons", comme on dit en Français.

Today: Venison sauce grand veneur

A great classic of French cuisine. This sauce made from red wine goes exceptionally well with game.
We can use it with other meats, but as we must marinate at least 12H (more if we want) , we usually cook with game.

For the wine to drink, we have Châteauneuf du Pape 2011, a delight to accompany another delight.
For the kitchen against, a 2002 or a 2013 will do very well. Otherwise, it is "donner du lard aux cochons", as we say in French.
Give bacon to pigs. Witch means, sometine uses the best is obvious.
