I used to recruit on their technical side (Sr. Consultant, System Enginnersmand so on). Lota traveling but pays rathell well. Why yes actually... Started at the bottom rung of one of those five...kept up with the promotions every other year or so, but came to the realization that as my skillset got more and more specialized in hard to staff areas, companies like those are too big to care and you become just another "resource". Found me a new home that is willing to pay for that specialized skillset, and has better work-life balance. |

Found me a new home that is willing to pay for that specialized skillset, and has better work-life balance. I firured you would, like some other SMART ONES ... What a day. It was so warm so early, that I cannot believe it feels like I am vacationing in a volcano. LOL! Oh man; then I got that 503 (i think) error about being unable to get here earlier this morning. Geez, I could actually go for a strong margarita and go out and lay by the pool. Oh wait, I no longer live in either Charleston or in Houston/Austin. Wow, good times ... One of the few times that I knw I was *not* going to the regular stats. Hang in there all! |
