[RESOLVED] Results page, mostly "Error"

My most recent page of returned results shows mostly "error." I don't know how to correct this. My system is Vista Ultimate. Boinc version is 5.10.45, installed as a service. I leave my computer on all the time except for the occasional reboot. Suggestions please.

What science is this? Can you copy paste the first result page sorted by return time. That will give me the first indication what the next enquiry will be to research this.

Of course we'd like to have at least 1 result log (click on an error link on the Result Status page). Only the top and bottom part as the rest is usually just endless repetition. Also the BOINC startup message log, about 25 lines.

In looking up the items you suggested, it became clear what the problem was. Recently I installed a different firewall, and, well, you know the rest..........

We love the easy ones. What gave it away.... the sorting of the results and the realization that the start of the error coincided with your local change?

Anyway, if you would oblige us to edit/insert [RESOLVED] into your opening post title everyone will know that the case is closed.

The realization of the problem happened when I clicked on the Error link on my Results page. The message ended with "Access is denied." That happened as a result of my newly installed firewall being in Safe Mode instead of Learning Mode.
