I didn't do too bad last night. Went out on my bike with a mate and cycled down to the quayside in town. I'm not used to that much cycling, or that much beer, but it was a good evening and don't feel as bad as I thought I would.

Suns shining again, managed to get a bit of cleaning up in the garden, am now powflagged! I notice from looking at the kitchen floor that dog has brought most of the garden indoors!
